Renovation at Number "79"

This house was bought at auction in 2004 and has taken my son and myself two years to renovate. It appeared to the casual observer to be in fair condition and just about habitable. However I (Kevin) have had a fair amount of experience in house construction and realised that major remedial work was required but it still required further than even I had expected. The rotten floors were obvious but the extent of perished plasterwork was not foreseen. 85% of all interior plasterwork including ceilings had to be renewed. Please scroll down to see more pictures.
